Natick New Construction

For this new construction home, we partnered closely with the builder to guide finish and lighting selections throughout the property. Originally brought in to consult on the exterior details, our role expanded as the house was completely reconstructed, expanded, and reimagined. From custom kitchen cabinetry and hardware to carefully layered bathroom tile combinations, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a timeless New Colonial style home.

The interior design emphasizes cohesion across spaces—particularly on the open-concept main floor—by blending fresh modern elements with traditional architectural character. A key inspiration was the multiple river rock columns preserved from the original structure. Our material palette and finish selections were chosen to highlight these enduring features, ensuring the home feels both rooted in its history and beautifully suited for modern living.
